The story
Kitulo became a national park in 2005 and is often loved for flowers more than large mammals. Its plateau bursts into color during flowering seasons.
Local people knew the plateau as a special grazing and flower landscape long before tourism arrived. Conservation now protects its orchids, grasslands, and rare birds.
